Scripture: Proverbs 11:5-6 (NASB 1977)
"The righteousness of the blameless will smooth his way, But the wicked will fall by his own wickedness. The righteousness of the upright will deliver them, But the treacherous will be caught by their own greed."

Commentary:
When leaders warn that a single chokepoint could jolt energy markets and trigger legal chaos, it highlights how fragile modern power really is. People feel it fast at the pump. Proverbs ties instability to treachery and greed, not just bad luck, and it exposes how quickly self-interest can trap those who depend on leverage and fear. This kind of pressure on trade routes fits the biblical pattern of shaking economies and alliances without needing a timeline forecast. Stay clear-eyed and uncompromised.

Prophetic Trend:
Strategic chokepoints are becoming leverage points that shake economies and realign alliances, echoing Scripture’s pattern of instability driven by greed and treachery.
